[So today outside of 1651 Albright Lane, you are going to see quite the sight if you pass by.

Ice sculptures all decked out across the front lawn. Yes someone has been busy and he's still working on one as you nay come by. All of the sculptures vary in size, but the shape is consistent - the figure of a woman, with hair up to her shoulders, carved in all different manners. The drone wife ended up putting something sweet with his dinner and now Victor has reverted back to the days of his youth. A young man in boarding school, studying cryogenics and lovestruck over the woman he wants to marry someday. And finding the freeze gun, one thing led to another and ultimately to the creation of all these statues. All of them nicely made, for his assumingly amateur level of sculpting.

Gawkers and onlookers are welcome, along with anyone who may want to speak to the strange acting man with a heart of ice, but no touching of anything is permitted. Less you want to have consequences, then by all means. While Victor has not yet reached his breaking point and turned into a villain, he is not going to be appreciative of someone trying to break apart his mini-monument garden of Nora. Also he's wearing a pair of spectacles, as seeing without them can be rather difficult, and is dressed in a dark blue winter coat. Needless to say, something strange is occurring.

[She blinks, then turns around. Oh, she recognizes him.]

[He sighs, picking up the pick and hammer again.]

[He sets down the pick and hammer and moves to the side of the sculpture where he placed the ray gun. It's certainly a little larger than a regular gun, but easy to carry in two hands.]

This is my equipment. [Or, at least he's sure it is. It was in his room after all.] I can use it to create ice.

Well, it's going okay. Hey, these look...beautiful.

[Hey, as far as she knows he's actually rather nice, if cold. Though she does notice something's off.]

Oh, ah, thank you. [He looks over the sculptures he made and lets out a slightly awkward chuckle.] I may have overdone it.

[She gives the sculpture one tiny, but very deliberate poke before turning to face Victor.] What's up with all this crap? Got some kinda weird kink?

[ Being neighbors, it did not escape Lust that today was suddenly much colder than it should be. With a tight poker face, and an over coat, she steps outside and she shakes her head in disbelief at what she's seeing.

Ice sculptures?! Didn't it stop snowing in Mayfield a couple of weeks ago!? What's going on!? She just continues to walk onto his lawn. She can't really find him so she'll just speak up. ]

What, no. They're ice sculptures I've made and they aren't for touching.

[Victor stops his work as he hears the voice and quickly notices a very obvious moving figure among the ice.]

Yes, I'm right here.

Wait a second, wait a second! No way? You've had something like a freeze ray with you this whole time? Seriously?!

[ She notices the pale blue man and how he's working on the ice sculptures. She decides to take a more slow approach to this. If he's still working on it now, then chances are he probably doesn't want to stop. ]

Ah, are you the artist that made these works? [ She sort of despises everything human but she'll lie through her teeth for this one time. ]

It isn't something I try to brag about, but yes. I can't use it a lot however - my reserve of chemicals to fuel it is low. I only have what Mayfield supplied for now. Making ice for statues doesn't use up too much.
