[Having spoken with Marisa not very long ago about one of the witches concerns, Eiki could not help but find herself curious about this Imperial Condescension. Normally she would have looked in her mirror to learn more about the woman, but it seemed wrong to do that to someone not in her jurisdiction and who she had yet to properly meet. At least something as invasive as looking through her past actions. Instead she would do the next best thing, ask to talk to her, as well as those who know her.]

A person of interest has been brought to my attention. I am interested to learn more about them. They are known as Her Imperial Condescension. If you are familiar with this person I would like to speak to you. If you are said person I would also like to speak to you.

If speaking over the telephone is not a comfortable thing for you, I do not mind meeting you in person.

If they're a threat, it's best to let it be known you consider them such and to demonstrate what will happen to them, then to hide.

What an odd question. As someone who has a detailed trace of her very long lifespan, I have plenty of thoughts pertaining to her. What purpose would they be to you?

I see. I won't mince words - Condesce is a cruel being. She is the Empress of a violent war-like race of trolls and asserts herself to be above all creatures that are considered "aliens" to her. Humans, for instance.

She is well out of her mind, that is no secret. Horrible temper, capable of... great violence. A conqueror of worlds, supposedly.

If you are looking to challenge her, I would advise caution. She is physically quite powerful, and not unintelligent.

Those are rather concerning qualities, especially for such a small space as this....

We both come from the same planet called Alternia. There she's the Empress where her rule is absolute. All the lowbloods I've met back home can't remember a time when she didn't rule.

She's awful to be perfectly honest. She's cruel, completely vicious when crossed. She rules out planet with an iron fist. Anyone can be culled for something as simple as being born with the wrong blood color. She uses Subjuggulators as her personal enforcers to keep the low bloods in line and it's just...it's terrible.

[Any normal troll would have divulged this information full of disdain, anger or more likely fear. Signless just sounds sad, remorseful even.]
