[Well, it's been a few days since the end of the event, when Lyon stormed up to her room and locked herself in out of sheer embarrassment.  She was droned for seemingly no reason about ten minutes after that, and Mayfield's been treated to the cheerful drone named Mismar bouncing around town in her place ever since - doing her hair up in curls, going on dates with the Prince's drone, and just generally having a nice relaxing time in the wonderful town of Mayfield.

...All of that comes to an abrupt end on Saturday morning, however, as a red beam of light tears through the roof of 747 Partridge Drive, bright enough and wide enough to be seen from anywhere in town.]

...Hello, everyone.  It's Lyon.  I'm back.  How long has it been here?  And can anyone help repair a hole in a roof?

Yes. I think I'm from the same time as you and Miakis now.

Oh good! You remember then!

And it turns out it was the Prince who confessed to me first.

Too bad he's not here.

I miss him too, but I think it's better that he isn't. Mayfield isn't a safe place.

[Lyon frowns sympathetically, reaching for Lym's hand.]

I know. I'm sorry.

[She just lets out a sigh]

Its okay. You and Miakis are here at least.

[sparkling_eyes]

Right! And as loyal Queen's Knights, we'll protect you, even if we're not in Falena anymore.

[Lyon smiles, proudly giving the usual salute across her chest.]

[Lym smiles a bit and nods]

Still, to have to deal with the embarrassment of last week, then go home and come back. I'm sorry.

It's all right. I'd really rather not think about what happened before, though. I still have to face Miakis after all of that.

Eh?! I guess I do too. Unless she never finds out, but I'm not sure I'm that lucky.

No one is that lucky where Miakis is involved.

She caught you kissing a boy then? I was at least lucky enough to not be near home.

I really don't want to talk about this.

But you are back with the twilight rune so... That's something. I guess. I still haven't figured out what that second rune I got was.

Well, at least it's probably not anything dangerous, then.

Hopefully it will keep the sun rune off. That's all I want.

Well, if things get bad enough, I can use the Twilight Rune to help keep the Sun Rune calm. It won't work as well without being paired with the Dawn Rune, but I'm sure it'll be better than nothing.

Did anything happen at home while you were there or did you just get caught up to me?
