8th Headshot || Phone call to ALL

*The driving rain and hurricane force winds are not the greatest environment for an archer. He'd managed to kill one of the Hazmat guys with his SMG only to have him explode into noxious fumes that seemed to defy the rain and sent Sniper into a coughing fit and back into his house pronto. Now he's on the phones, wondering what the hell they should do about this.*

I jus' killed one of them blokes in th' suits. Just a warning t' all if yer gonna do that, do it from far away. They burst into some sort of .. I dunno, toxic gas.

Anyone got any bright ideas on what t' do here?

[Happened to be at home packing for a...walk. A well-armed walk.]

Toxic Gas? You say this happens when they're killed? [Dear god.]

If that's the case, then we should attempt to incapacitate rather than shoot to kill. Unless I missed a significant detail, we are not prepared for chemical warfare.

Aim for the legs.

. . . Understood.

It's better than letting that gas out, though. Can you still see, enough to be able to shoot?

I have a decent supply of ammunition for my rifle, but with the numbers out there, I must choose my battles carefully; there are simply too many.

I'd either find more ammunition or invest in something with a blade.

It is too risky to test, true. Perhaps bludgeoning weapons would be better, knocking them out.

Easier to quarantine us, not them.

Library. I spoke with the Postman and Annie there, and the restored my memories. [For a price.] There's a barrier around it that's keeping them safe.

Now that Lucy, or Zemekis, has lost it like this, I think it's safe to say we're all on the same side. They were brought here by him, same as us.

Only what people are bringing there, which is changing as more arrive, I imagine.
