He'd managed to kill one of the Hazmat guys with his SMG only to have him explode into noxious fumes that seemed to defy the rain and sent Sniper into a coughing fit and back into his house pronto. Now he's on the phones, wondering what the hell they should do about this.*

I jus' killed one of them blokes in th' suits. Just a warning t' all if yer gonna do that, do it from far away. They burst into some sort of .. I dunno, toxic gas.

Anyone got any bright ideas on what t' do here?

Toxic Gas? You say this happens when they're killed? [Dear god.]

If that's the case, then we should attempt to incapacitate rather than shoot to kill. Unless I missed a significant detail, we are not prepared for chemical warfare.
