I...couldn't catch everything that was said over the radio, but I was able to jot down the basics, for everypony that's interested:

(A slight rustling of papers before she clears her throat and reads aloud.)

I don't know if anyone heard this...

And I believe I heard the name "Richard Grey" somewhere in there, but I can't be certain. Can anyone confirm this?

I was able to get a recording of most of the message. I think Richard Grey was in there.

That's wonderful! I was hoping somepony would get a recording of it; that'll be a great help for those who missed out on hearing it the first time.

So Richard Grey, huh? Any thoughts on who he is or how he managed to do this?

Hopefully we'll be able to get more out of it.

RIchard Grey... I've heard the name in connection to the Westport incident. It was before my time, but I'm fairly certain he was one of the early figures in the foundation of the town.
