[Event: Memory Corrupt] Make up you mind to have... no regrets....
AU Information: Ilsa and her sister were kidnapped at a young age, and taken from the human dimension where they were born, to the dimension her father is from. The political opponents who arranged the attack were found and the girls rescued in Ilsa's timeline, but not every rescue is successful. In the alternate timeline, she and her sister were raised as cubi, by a clan that taught that all others were cattle to be driven as the clan willed. She is not a doctor, not a chef, and definitely not a nice girl, this weekend.
[ Friday Morning, 1490 Kramden Road, Master bedroom ]
[ Ilsa is slow to wake, stretching languorously against the one they assigned to her. For all his lack of external emotion, he was good for a steady diet of frustration, embarrassment and confusion.
Breakfast, as they say, was served. ]
[ Friday afternoon, MacCready and Sons ]
[ Drones didn't provide sustenance - there were no emotions, no energy about them. She went to work to keep from being one of them, and after her morning, wasn't really interested in feeding, just pretending to work, looking busy enough for the drones there to leave her alone.
That doesn't mean her aware co-workers were safe. ]
[ Saturday, any time, around town ]
[ The drones are as unpalatable to her as their food is to those that require it.
However, the aware prisoners provide her a smorgasbord of despair, turmoil, frustration and fear.
Delicious. ]

But he is a little frustrated. All of those kids in the clutches of adults. And they even made him think he was one! But it's fleeting, because he knows he can gather them all together and have fun and show those adults how to really do things!
Speaking of adults, there's one now. He crouches down behind a tree, and then grins and starts throwing stones. He's not throwing them hard enough to hurt, just enough to be a nuisance. Because annoying adults is fun.]

Innnnnteresting....
[ Annoying things that look like adults can be dangerous. ]

I'm the most interesting! Too bad you're not!
[Yeah, he did that all in sing-song like the biggest brat.]

Skipping stones should be kept to the proper target, little man.
[ Circling in closer, more and more predatory. ]

[Saturday around town]
She's stopped by the bakery after work, picking up something to go with dinner since her worthless drone husband won't do anything to help around the house.]
Re: [Saturday around town]
Ilsa falls in step with her about a block away, and she tests the edges of Caroline's defenses. ]
Something sweet to balance the week, hm?
Re: [Saturday around town]
That's the plan. Finish it off with a dry martini and maybe we can pretend this week just never happened.

He blinks his eyes awake and slowly turns his head, raising his eyebrows at Ilsa.]
I gather something was reset again. Not that I'm complaining.

Personal space, what was that?]
Hey, how's it goin'?
Re: [ Saturday, early evening, around town ]
Not a bad night, at all.
[ She's fed well so far today, so she isn't bleeding his emotional energy off right away. ]
Re: [ Saturday, early evening, around town ]
No? Well, ain't that just wonderful news!

Mayfield has been such a fruitful hunting ground, with so many delicious treats.
She follows at a few paces behind, throwing a thread of energy ahead, beginning to sample his emotions. ]

Poor Charlie was... "malfunctioning"... drifting in and out of his own personality.-

Saturday Afternoon
He lands and offers her a smile and a wave. There's always sadness in his eyes though that his smile doesn't quite reach.]
How's it going today?
Re: Saturday Afternoon
Hey there! Good day just got better.

I've heard people have been acting strange today, though, so you might want to keep an eye out just in case.
[If he notices, he doesn't think anything of it. Or he's oblivious, like usual.]

So he's just padding around the windowsills of 1490 Kramden, scratching at the glass.]
Ilsa! Ilsaaa! Nyaaaaaaaaa!
Re: Saturday
What is it, cat?

[He's sticking a paw under the windowsill, as if it may possibly encourage her to let him in.]
