Tales 002 - The Mother's day Curse [back dated]

Page 1 - John Doe park

[So having met some new people in this town and it being a new day Henry awakens in his room. Not having his story book and that he may get it back later did not satisfy him so he has gathered a bunch of paper lying around the house and stole little Suzie drone's crayons. Not wanting to be bothered by either the drone mother or drone sister Henry leaves the house to explore the town. However he's feeling like the two drone females are positively like real family, which is weird. He finds himself in a park where he takes a set on a bench and begins writing away on the scraps of paper he has, trying to remember all the fairy tales from his book.]

Page 2 - The library

[Leaving the park as it seems the drone children are being extremely creepily cheerful and happy and trying to make him play with them, Henry retreated to the library. Finding the children's section Henry searches through them for any sort of fairy tale books, just so he can have some reference they're anything like his book that is.]

Page 3 -  Anywhere

[Now Henry just wanders around the town looking around at it. Yup defintely a little more creepier than Storybrooke. Least everyone there had personalities. Here they're all cardboard cut outs.]

[Teenager? Witch hat? Female? Henry must go adore here and wait on her hand and foot.]

Hi there, I'm Henry? Who are you? Do you need anything?

Tiffany Aching.

Not really. Do you?

Are you sure Miss Aching? I mean you seem really nice and all.

[witchofthechalk]

[She's about to question when she remembers what day it is....oh right. Well perhaps it'd be better if she kept him away from some of the more...dangerous people in the town.]

Call me Tiffany. And I'm just going for a walk if you'd like to walk with me.

[theboywiththebook]

[Yes Tiffany have all of the young boy's adoration and affection.]

All right Tiffany. But okay I'll walk with you.

[He looks up at her hat for a moment.]

Are you a witch?

[witchofthechalk]

Yes. I'm from a world called the Discworld.

Are there witches in your world?

[theboywiththebook]

No, there's no magic in my world. But I know about them because they were in the Enchanted Forest. But some of them were bad. But there were some good ones.
[He looks up at her.]
So you're a good witch?

[witchofthechalk]

I'd like to think so. I spend most of my time helping people, so I suppose yes you could say that.

[Discworld didn't so much have good witches vs. bad ones, but ones that went to the bad/insanity.]

[theboywiththebook]

So you're kind of like a fairy godmother ?
[He continues talk beside her.]
So wait, what's Discworld?

[witchofthechalk]

No. Not really. We don't have wands or do that sort of thing.

[Hopefully he won't say that to Granny.]

It's a different world. Many people are from different worlds here.

[theboywiththebook]

Not many witches do have wands in the Enchanted Forest. They just kind of use their hands.

[Henry looks to her smiling a bit still.]

I kind of figured that out. I met some people yesterday who said they weren't from Storybrooke. Though this place really reminds me of it.

[witchofthechalk]

Well witches where I'm from, tend to avoid using magic unless we really need to.

[She nods.]

Sometimes it takes a while for people to believe you if you say you're from a different world.

Why does it remind you of Storybrooke?
