[Released from the hospital, possessions returned, and external injuries healed: Rin looked fairly well put-together for a still healing patient. After spending a day in the recovery ward of the less than sanitary building Rin had learned that...

Well, he learned that he knew nothing, and that scared him. Rin knew he didn't want to be back inside, but out on the streets he wasn't sure where he was supposed to go. What he was supposed to do, or how he was supposed to figure out what had happened before yesterday.]

Hey, you-! [Spoken to any passerby that came close enough to him. There were too many questions he didn't have answers to, but he could at least start with the first few.]

Do you know anything about-well-wherever we are?

[Someone should probably go help him... Since he has no idea that he has a home, and most importantly has no idea where it is.]

†02「Streets of Mayfield-->Grocery Store, afternoon」

[ After being taken home, or wherever: Rin soon found himself a little too antsy and uncertain to stay in one place. So after some time, one way or another, he's left the building and has wandered around Mayfield enough to find himself at the local grocery store.

He isn't exactly looking for anything, but he is going up and down the isles trying to remember if he recognizes any of the foods on the shelves. Unlike every other day, Rin has his tail left out in the open for the world to see as he wanders the store. It's not hard to tell that he seems to be in some sort of pain. He will be squinting his eyes and shying away from anything too bright or loud. After a little while he'll end up grabbing onto the shelf to support himself because of it. Feel free to go up and bother him.]

†03「Phone: later in the afternoon」

...How do I even work this thing.

†04「337 Brady Lane」

[He's wandering around inside the home like it's some sort of fun house. Everything is new and nothing makes sense and dear lord does he really have to stay here. Rin's exploration won't last long once he's in the front yard as yet another head ache hits him. He'll try to ignore it at first, and probably will end up looking like he's glaring at whomever walks by.]

[Amaimon isn't actually the person Rin called out to, but hey, he's been watching the hospital for shits and giggles. It really is the most happening spot in town as of now, after all. Even more interesting, there's someone very familiar down there...

Let's see how the kid reacts to someone leaping down off the hospital roof and landing on a street lamp near Rin, where he keeps his balance with no problem.]

Did they add new limbs to you, too, Rin? [Aw, upon closer inspection, it doesn't look like it.] No? They could have at least added something cooler...

[Rin reacts like any normal human being (at least one without demon affiliation) would. He jerks away, flails his arms up a little bit, and stumbles back. Because seriously Amaimon: what the fuck.]

Nothing is wrong with me. [Amaimon is too amazing to have something wrong with him, but let's not go on about him right now. There is definitely something up with Rin. First of all, he isn't freaking out and yelling at him, which is very, very odd.] Yes. Rin.

[Looong pause as he mulls over that. People have been forgetting things lately...]

[Kira's mostly been staying inside, like she seems to when the town pulls it's stunts; she's found it is generally safer for her. Yet this morning, concerned for Rin and feeling just a bit odd, like she should head out, Kira's done so. So, hey there Rin, the person you're flagging down? They look relieved to see you.]

Rin, there you are. Are you alright?

...[Well that was an unexpected answer. He'll look more than confused to her relief, because, this was the first time they met each other right?]

Uhm, that's me right? 'Rin' ? Do we know each other?

[Well, always a good sign when the other person doesn't even know their name, right? Kira bites her lip a little and nods.]

[The metal-skinned girl's first instinct, as she turns slowly to face Rin, is to respond that he'd been there longer and should know. She couldn't really blame him for not recognizing her, but Mayfield itself was no different than it had been, appearance-wise.

Of course, it didn't take her long to put two and two together, in time to stop herself and give a different reply, her voice reverberating slightly within her own skin.]

[He couldn't be sure if Arisawa was supposed to have metal skin or not-he was pretty sure it wasn't normal.]

You went to hell-I mean the hospital too? [He didn't remember seeing her...]

Couple days ago. Except I didn't really go so much as I got taken. Probably the same deal with you. How much do you remember?

( After a day spent nearly worrying himself to death (if his wounds didn't get him first) he had been surprised to find Rin just wondering around. Of course the real surprise was his brother's lack of any memories, in fact its something Yukio can't bring himself to just accept even though he's retreated quietly into his thoughts for the time being. It's a constant struggle between his pain and trying to figure out how to help his elder twin...

Now though, Yukio just quietly sits on the stairs with a hand covering one of his shoulders and watches as the elder messes around with the phone. )

Just talk into it... someone's bound to answer.

[It was as much of a trip for Yukio as it was Rin. Being told numerous times today that he had siblings, and being fed varying information about both parties left the elder brother in a serious state of confusion since he had literally nothing to go off of on who to trust.

Yukio seemed safe enough... and though he didn't understand, he couldn't ignore the feeling that he had to keep on eye on the other.]

Oh-[In a way it was a wonder he'd even followed Yukio back home.]

It's... ( He begins before being cut off by a yawn. He is tired and that's expected when you don't really sleep for a few days but he can't bother with things like that when he's currently dealing with a brother without any memories. ) I'm Yukio.

[Theo's crows are watching Rin intently for a bit form the fence. Eventually, Phobos will head over to Theo's study window to get his master's attention. Theo will come out.]

[ Ever since Rin was taken away Madoka here has been in a panic. He's one of her very best friends, so of course she would notice and of course she would worry.

Eventually her searching brings her to the grocery store. Madoka is tired and cold and miserable, and shopping for baking supplies in an attempt cheer herself up with operation "make welcome home cookies for my friends", when she spots a familiar someone pass by. ]

R... Rin-kun!!!! [ She carelessly drops everything she'd gathered up until now. That tail thing means nothing to her as she runs after Rin and reaches out for his hand. ] Rin-kun! Rin-kun!!!

[Good thing he's used to his name by now! He'll turn to face her with a level of surprise that probably matched her own.]

Whu-?? [Reflex had him grab onto her outstretched hand, because if there was one thing he didn't want, it was to be knocked over when his head was throbbing.]

Madoka suffers a critical hit to her spirit. First Lithuania forgot her, leaving her feeling like she was vulnerable and alone... and now the second most important person in Mayfield to her has gone and forgotten her too.

Who's next, she has to wonder. ]

I... no, it's... nothing. I'm sorry to have startled you... [ She hangs her head and lets go of his hand slowly. ]

[ ... Then forces herself to smile and stop feeling sorry for herself. ]

Rin? Well, you're outside of the hospital. [ She doesn't expect him to have amnesia but that is quite the silly question to ask. Then she remembers what someone said about having all of these people constantly experimented on and how they're dumped outside the hospital. Her gaze softens into one that's mostly worry. ] Were you operated on too?

[ Maybe? Tsunade stores and surpresses any and all worries that she starts to feel. ]
