[He's in his favorite park bench, watching the lake. Feel free to join him.]
[action: in front of City Hall]
[He's not doing much. Just standing in front of the building, keeping an eye on it. As though he's expecting well...something to happen.]

Hello. Testing.
I was wondering if any resistances are still active.
[ooc: tags will come tomorrow. For now, sleep.]

[ Wait, did he just... yes, he did.
But he's pretty sure he's never met this kid before. Or talked to him over the phones or anything.
Okay, no. There's no reason to panic. Keep calm, cool, and collected. Lets your poor detective instincts kick in. ]
A while? But I haven't even been here too long. Is my memory getting that bad already?
no subject
There's nothing wrong with it. You came back from droning, right?
no subject
Shit. This changes everything. He was sure he was safe here. But if what this kid is saying is true, he was... But, how in the hell? That doesn't make any sense. Still, this is not good news. He has no idea what his apparent other self said or did while here. People could know. Excuse him while he panics internally. Even his smile has taken on a nervous nature. ]
Uhm, sorry, kid. Not really sure what you're talking about. You aren't confusing me with someone else?
no subject
Personally, though, he's had enough of memory problems. He already had to go a whole month of feigning ignorance, waiting for his comrades to remember the promise on graduation day. And unlike the situation with SEES, there was no chance of Adachi re-obtaining his memory. They weren't close enough, and Mayfield's methods ensured that when someone woke up and forgot their time here, that was it. No miracle was guaranteed.
Not to mention, Minato knew of Adachi's not-so-glorious past.]
I don't think so. You're a pretty memorable guy. It's not easy to mistake you for someone else.
no subject
Me, memorable? Now I know you're lying. I'm nothing more than your average detective. [ Because downplaying his ego is better than proclaiming he's obviously the best. Low profile, first rule of the game. ]
no subject
It doesn't matter. We can always start over.
no subject
... [ No, really. ]
no subject
Minato Arisato. It's nice to meet you again.
no subject
Same here, kid. ...Although, I'm kind of curious. What exactly did this other me do here?
[ Because, you know. With his current train of thought? This place must have turned into another murder infested town.
...On the other hand he really shouldn't have asked that because it makes him even more suspicious. STOP SABOTAGING YOURSELF ADACHI GEEZ. ]
no subject
You and Souji were friends.
no subject
Eh, really? I didn't figure he'd be one to hang around a boring adult.
no subject
I dunno. He was always the type to hang out with different people. Not just his school friends.
no subject
[ Wow. Why do you keep reminding yourself, Adachi? Quit that. ]
Wait, is he still around then? Or did he... disappear too?
no subject
He became permadroned last year.
no subject
That's a shame. It might have actually been nice to hang out with him. If anyone could figure out what's going on here, I'm sure it would have been him.
[ Er, wait. Was that giving too much away? Nice, Adachi. ]
no subject
If you came back, maybe he will too.
no subject
Of course he doesn't even know Naoto and Yosuke are around at the moment so he'll probably flip his shit once he finds out. ]
Hey, good point. There's a chance anyone can come back once they leave, right? ...Although that's a bit discomforting at the same time, isn't it? Think you're finally free from this place, then BAM! Pulled right back in to the frying pan.
[ Adachi please stop trying to be hip. ]
