It's hard to say; I've heard of things outside of Mayfield that are worse; the abandoned factory was particularly traumatizing with all of the bad memories attached to it.

I don't know anyone by that name, but the way Zemeckis is described makes me wonder if he's really a person or a codename for something else...maybe their main systems?
