[Action A: Do you live at 339 Brady Lane? Are you passing by on the street somewhere nearby? Then you're in for a surprise.

You see, Balin asked Quinn for a favor of the technological variety. With not much else to occupy his time, he got right to it, but now it's testing time.

Housemates might find themselves stepping on triggers hidden under rugs that suddenly cause a mine to EXPLODE.... with confetti. Quinn's a pacifist as it is, and it's not like he has a crazy vendetta against his friends. Outside, he'll be hiding in the garage with a remote in his hands, waiting for someone to pass by his hidden "mines" to set them off. Victims outside will be treated to attacks of confetti, water, or even glitter. And some giggling from inside the garage, where the lanky technomancer sits with the remote in one hand and a beer in the other. You might just have a few words for him, huh?]

Well, maybe I can make ya one for yourself. So long as it's only used for the power of good, though! No nasty stuff.

Oh, NO, I'd never do anything nasty! Pranks are only fun if everypony can laugh about it--they're no fun if they hurt somepony's feelings!

Okay. I'll see what I can do. Makin' these for a friend 'a mine first, and they're still in the testin' phase.

[party_hard]

Ooh! Can I help test? Can I? Can I? Can I? I'd be REEEEEEALLY good at helping to test them!

[She says as she bounces up and down in excitement.]

Ya just did, honestly. I'm testin' the remote ones outside and did the proximity ones inside the house. I was just waitin' for someone to come buy and test with the remote to see if the timing's right.

[party_hard]

Yay! I'm glad I helped! Do you need me to do it again?

[She giggles at the thought.]

[technohippie]

Well, I got one hidin' on the lawn somewhere. See if ya can find it and trip it?

[party_hard]

[Have a Pinkie salute!]

I can do that!

[Now there's a hyper pink pony bouncing all over the lawn, trying very hard to trip that hidden trap!]

[Eventually she'll hit it, and there's a poof of pink glitter this time.]

[The glitter is pink. AWESOME.]

That one's almost better than the confetti!

[She's still giggling at all the glitter.]

Ooh, maybe you could make one that shoots both glitter AND confetti!]

I probably could. Ya know, you gotta be the only one in town who likes this. Two people actually hit me today cuz of these. I mean, sure, maybe it's annoyin' but I think that's a bit of an overreaction.

[party_hard]

You mean there are people out there who don't like confetti to the point they'd HIT you? That's awful! I know someponies who would probably get a little bent out of shape, but to HIT you? They must have no sense of fun!

[technohippie]

Yeeeah. Some folks 'round here are a bit jumpy after the things Mayfield does to 'em, I think.

But even if they're jumpy, they should still know how to have fun!
