Careful if you want to try to peek inside, though. You may not like what you find.]

[To say that Ema's stomach isn't tied in knots as she advances into the dairy would be an outright lie. She's scared as hell; the tremble that she can't quite stop is evidence enough of that.

That doesn't, however, diminish her resolve to get inside and gather all of the data she's able to. What forensic supplies she's gained back--which is, sadly, too few--are in her bag and she has the pistol Schuldig gave her drawn and ready if she needs to fire it.

[With no other indication of where to go, she keeps going in the direction of the humming sound, one hand out in the darkness in case she bumps into anything.]

[She takes several steps closer to the humming sound, hoping to find something other than darkness and emptiness.]

[Lithuania looks at the darkness as if it was a physical thing--it certainly seems like it might be, given how it cuts off the light. Used to Poland just inserting himself into activities, he mostly ignores the other nation except to sigh before following the source of the sound just behind Nina.]

This is certainly unsettling.

[She decides to be careful and activates her crest and circuits, the glow of the crest faintly lighting up the surroundings. She walks into the darkness, looking around with reinforced eyes.]

[ Though the cold was definitely jarring from her last experience, it doesn't deter her in the least. She's dealt with the cold adequately being in space and all. But, given that she doesn't have anything to combat the cold, she hugs herself and walks closer. As far as she could hear, it sounded like it was running in the same place from before, or in the same direction. ]

[ She definitely does see the glow, especially since it's contrasted with such limited and heavy visibility. She decides to rush directly towards the glow. She knew time was limited, so she wasn't going to waste one moment of it. ]

He adjusts the slightly off-model autocrossbow, making sure it's loaded and ready to go; the safety is still on, but Edgar can switch that off and fire at a moment's notice. He keeps his voice quiet, trying to not attract attention from anyone outside their party.]

There was a call between the Mayor and Mr. Smith yesterday. The dairy will be accessible for exactly two hour today.

[Though rather resistant to low temperatures, Arcueid still finds herself glad she always wears that sweater. Taking a moment to steel herself, Arcueid begins marching in the direction of the humming. She tries to carefully pick her way through the darkness, keeping as quiet as possible, not wanting to be caught off-guard by any nasty surprises.]

[It's an unpleasant feeling, being on alert because of an unknown enemy. It reminded her of the times when they were being stalked by Archer and Assassin. But even then... they had known they were being watched. Here, although there was that unmistakable feeling, there was no confirmation on who - or what - was following them.

Still, Hakuno continued on. The humming has definitely caught her interest, so she heads in that direction.]

This is even worse than our time in the War... at least we were able to see where we were going while we were being stalked.
