Everyone has to give up something for someone else. You can't become a great nation or maintain it without sacrificing something else in return. As for my method, I like to reassign them to a position where they think they have control and new perks but they'd be totally out of the way. Like, one time I assigned someone to Head Department of Transnation Communications, which sounds pretty important right? Well, in reality, it's just stamping and assorting letters by what nation they go to and then putting them in the correct mailslot. Everyone knows this except him, but it worked out pretty fine regardless.
