What Did I Do Last Night?

[Residents of Mayfield may see Panty wandering around town, holding a bottle of water and her head in her hand. She has on a huge pair of sunglasses, her hair is tied up in a pony tail and she's wearing a rather short tank top and shorts. She looks like someone coming down from a wild night of partying, thing is she can't remember ANYTHING about last night, or the last month for that matter. What the hell happened?]

Action A: The General Store
[Clearly the first thing to do when one thinks they  have a hangover is to load up on pain killers. Panty is at the drug store buying pretty much anything that says it cures a headache.]

Action B: At the Diner
[The second thing to do is go eat a giant greasy hamburger. She's sitting at the bar in the diner, still wearing those sunglasses and waiting on what has to be the biggest burger in the joint.]

Phone:
[After her errands she still can't piece anything together. Must be time to own up and find out if anyone else can put her missing memories in place.]

Did someone throw a party last night? Fuck, I can't remember anything...

grumpiest_tree: (I am concerned)

Action A

[Groot is of course doing his job by stocking the shelves. He comes upon the blonde who seems intent on clearing the store out of their over the counter drugs.]

...I'd be remiss to not warn you that you really shouldn't mix such various types of medicine as they would do more harm than good.
grumpiest_tree: (Eyebrow quirk?)

[Groot quirks an eyebrow at the response. Mostly because he doesn't believe it's any type of stubborn bravado, but more like she's stating a simple fact.]

I'd have to assume that's true because you're not human in some way? Because I'm quite sure that if you tried several of those pills within a few minutes of each other, it would cause some damage to most mammals.
grumpiest_tree: (Hmmm)

Sorry for the name dropping but Groot has led an....interesting life.... >.>

[Groot is actually surprised by this and seems to mull it over.]

An angel you say? Before coming here, I was moving around the universe. I ran into a psychic cosmonaut dog, a hyper-intelligent raccoon, Inhumans, Mutants, and alien races such as the Kree, Shi'ar, and Skrulls.

Before that, I was stuck on Earth and helping a government military unit composed of supernatural creatures. A so called "warwolf," a mummy, a zombie, a clone of Frankenstein's monster, and someone who was half-vampire and half-werewolf. At one point they even enlisted the help of a man who's father was a demon from Hell.

So no, I am afraid I have yet to meet an angel.

[There's a pause as Groot seems to take this all in.]

And pardon if this seems rude, but I did not know that angels got headaches.
grumpiest_tree: (Say what?)

I see, so angels are very much like normal humans, biologically?

If so, my originally warning still stands, you know. Otherwise, are you hoping for a placebo effect?
grumpiest_tree: (Hmmm)

Hrrm, well, if it is indeed from a hangover as you implied, than those aspirin and Tylenol would actually make it worse.

The best thing is to get some multi-vitamins and fluids. Oh, and avoid caffeine.
grumpiest_tree: (Hello)

Oddly enough, multivitamins have been around since the 1930s!

Well, I do believe we have some near the end of this aisle with some other supplement types, but they're mostly made from pressed vegetables and fruits.

Not that they'd still be helpful, but they don't contain a wide variety of vitamins you'd see in more modern synthetic ones made lately.

The pharmacy also has quite a few of the non-synthetic types of multi-vitamins.
