[Dakki looks away from Aurica for a moment, eyes going to her battered armor. And then out into the street, watching the drones about on afternoon business. She wanted to be sure of the choice, too. Why was she uncertain?
She shouldn't be. After coming to know Baal and Kanone, she had known that it was worthwhile both to befriend and to care for others. And that she should never refuse the chance to do either. Why the hesitation now?
