In order to properly properly create dolls of others, I have to already be familiar with the person. Now I'm not opposed to the idea of befriending others like that, but forming such relationships could take weeks or months.

This machine will allow me to get a better understanding of others in less time. If I'm to receive as many volunteers as I hope, I can't manage enough time for all of them.

...and of course, they'll be able to keep the doll I make of them. That is to be my "punch and pie" tactic, if you will.
