Define 'hunt down'- I would think that simply locking the guilty party in a single and well guarded location until the 'event' passes would do well enough, but I am interested to hear what you propose for the specifics. I would certainly not wish to see the friends I have made here attack each other for such insignificant reasons as 'prize or punishment' after all.
