(Today, Bugs dressed like a Flower Child dancing through the streets of Mayfield scattering bunches of blossoms everywhere.

He very likely would have done something similar even if he wasn't under the influence, but these are hilarity effect-causing flowers.

And getting too close will result in a pair of rabbit lips upon you.)
