... So. I hear a lot of talk about this prom thing. It sounds kind of like some of the formal parties they used to host in Gregminster, though those were mostly for adults of the noble class. Still, that's my experience with them. A lot of glamor and putting on masks... I actually don't have a lot of taste for it. But somehow, I think it'll be different here. Maybe...

Anyways, can anyone tell me more about the concept? I guess Americans would be best qualified, but I'll take any perspective I can get. Personal anecdotes especially. I just want to hear some stories right now... stories of places far and away.

We don't have the prom where I'm from, since it's an American concept, but I was here for the last one. It is a formal dance, although it's mainly held for those who are in high school, in their last year. Here in Mayfield anyone's allowed to go, though, since we hold it seperately from the drones.

It worked out just fine. I got to dance with a few people [And one of them was Bernkastel but shhh we don't talk about that ever happening] so it wasn't as though I was alone for the whole evening.
